Shelters for Hurricane and Flood Relief

Many families in Western NC and North Eastern TN have been displaced. They have small children and need a safe and secure place to sleep. We need campers, even if they need a little repair. We will fix them and deliver them to families in need. Please let us know if you have a camper for sale or want to donate one. All campers will be stocked with essential provisions. We also accept monetary donations.

SHELTER: Campers, Tents, Tarps, Rope, Stakes, Bungie Cords, Carabiner Hooks
WATER: Drinkable water, Individual Bottles, Gallon Containers, Food Grade Barrels
BEDDING: Sleeping Bags, Pillows, Blankets, Sheets
NON-PARISHABLE FOOD: Dry Goods, Canned Food, Shelf Stable Food, Boxed Food, Individual Snacks
LIGHTING: Flashlights, Lanterns, Headlamps, All Size Batteries
HYGIENE: Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Bodywash, Wash Cloths, Towels, Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Wipes
FIRST AID: Fist Aid Kits, Medical Supplies, Pain Meds, Children's Medicine
FUEL: Propane (large and small), Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene, Generators, Lighter Fluid, Charcoal, (chainsaws for firewood)
STOVES: Propane Cooking Stoves and Grills, Charcoal Grills, Camping Stoves
CLOTHES: All Appropriate Seasonal Cloths, Socks, Boots and Shoes
CLEANING SUPPLIES: Brooms, Mops, Buckets, Cleaning Solutions, Towels (paper and cloth), Laundry Detergent, Bleach

Warming Shelter

Watch for Facebook posts to be updated when our fellowship hall opens as a warming shelter. When temps are below freezing and there are enough volunteers we will open the fellowship hall up to the community between 6:00PM to 6:00AM when possible.

Annual Christmas for Kids (Toy Giveaway)

Free to the community each December before Christmas. Dates are announced closer to the giveaway. We service between 600 to 800 kids and there families with toys, coats, food boxes, and fruit bags each year. We accept donations of new toys and coats and blankets for all ages: newborns, infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and teens up to 18. Children do NOT need to be present. Please be praying for this ministry and keep an eye out for clearance toys and coats throughout the year! We also accept monetary donations. We appreciate you all! God Bless!

Food Pantry and Blessing Boxes

There are several blessing boxes throughout our community. We also have a food pantry available to the local community.

Life is unpredictable. No one plans on a house fire. No one wakes up and decides to be homeless one day. If we can help, we will. If we can't help, we may know someone that can. We are always praying for our community and the people who cross our path.
